We offer live auctions at your facility or ours. Kitson Auctioneering is fully equipped with our mobile office and auction topper with portable sound system. We have our live auction house open. 

We offer online only auctions every Sunday from our newest location at 122 W Lincoln Ave Belvidere IL. Our online auctions run for 7-10 days and provide the opportunity our worldwide bidders the option to bid. With our weekly online only auctions we are able to accommodate public consignments of any size from 1 item to an entire estate.

With our online software we are able to offer simulcast auctions. A simulcast auction provides the best of both worlds allowing for live and online bidding. This allows for distance bidding during a live auction.  

With our newly expanding clean out service we can do a complete cleanout to have your real estate ready to go on the market. If we contract an auction we can also provide the cleanout after the auction of any items left over Don't have enough for an auction but need the property cleaned out? We have you covered. 

-We are continuing to expand our building, We have recently expanded the newly opened auction house. We strive to make your auction experience comfortable, exciting, and fun. You can comfortably sit down and view the items on our 75" tv in the climate controlled facility

-We are also remodeling our 5,000+ SF auction gallery to be ready for auctions in Summer 2024 

-We will also have office/retail space available for rent.
